    How does it work?
    We’re a meal delivery service with a healthy twist. Simply pick your Meal Plan for recurrent weekly deliveries, choose one or more meals from our Eat This Week menu, or choose from our A La Carte options. We source fresh, organic ingredients, transform them into healthy, delicious meals, and deliver them fresh to your home or workplace each week. All you need to do is heat and eat whenever you’re ready!

    What is the order minimum?
    There is no order minimum or maximum.
    Can I order only for the days I want?
    Yes. Use our Eat This Week menu option for that. Our meals are made from scratch and that menu changes every week so keep that in mind.
    What if I only want lunch?
    You have that option both with our Meal Plans and with Eat This Week meals. You can also choose to only get dinners. Or both!
    How do I order a one-time / single delivery?
    When you order from our Meal Plans you are signing up for weekly deliveries and charges. If you want a one-time delivery, you can order from our Eat This Week menu. Also please make sure to check out our A La Carte menu for one-time, standalone orders. Please note that all A La Carte items are based on availability.
    Can I include extra snacks and desserts in my delivery?
    You can with the Eat This Week menu orders. Or simply go to the A La Carte menu and chose extra snacks and side to any order.
    I’ve just placed an order. When will my order arrive?
    We deliver Monday meals on Sunday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday meals on Monday evening, Thursday and Friday meals on Wednesday evening.
    Can I freeze the meals?
    Meals are made fresh so they are best consumed fresh. If you don't plan on consuming your meals within 2 days of receiving them we recommend to freeze them to prolong the life of the meal. The containers the food comes in are freezable and ensures the food is OK in the freezer for several weeks. Not all meals are suitable for freezing. We usually indicate which ones are but when in doubt, please ask us.
    When will my meals expire?
    This varies on the meal but in general they are good for 3-4 days in the fridge and two months in the freezer.
    Can I pause or cancel my plan?
    Yes! We offer you all the tools to help you adjust in your busy life. You can skip your meal deliveries or pause/cancel your plan by signing-in to our website.
    What are your delivery/shipping areas?
    We deliver/ship to anywhere in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

    If I sign up for a meal plan, how does it work?
    Meal Plans are subscriptions and are automatically processed and sent to you on a weekly basis. If you wish to modify, pause or cancel your order you can do so by clicking on the "my account" button at the top of your screen or let us know and we can do it for you. Your new recurring orders (2nd, 3rd, 4th order...etc) will be submitted and charged automatically 7 days from your original order date (e.g. every week) if you selected weekly payments so, or each month on the date of your first order if you selected monthly payments. If you wish to modify, pause or cancel your order you must do so before your order is submitted again.
    Do I need to/Can I return the containers?
    For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returned containers. All of the containers provided are reusable (and make great home organizers!). If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle. All our containers are biodegradable
    Can I add salads and desserts to my meals?
    Of course! Our Meal Plans already come with these included and you can select to get those A La Carte or as part of your Eat This Week meals.
    How early do I need to order?
    Online orders can be placed at least 48 hours before delivery and at most a week before.
    How do I give special instructions for my Home Delivery? Eg – where to leave etc.
    You can give us special delivery instructions when ordering, there is a special instructions box at checkout. If you’re ordering by phone just let us know when placing the order.
    How do I add a discount code or voucher code to my order?
    There is a discount coupon box on the cart page and on the checkout page, you can type any voucher you have into the voucher box.
    How do I cancel my order?
    Just call us or emails. Orders can be canceled no later than 48 hours before delivery. If you give us a less than 48 hours notice we will charge you a cancellation fee.
    How many people does each meal feed?
    Each meal is designed to serve one individual, but feel free to share with your friends and family!
    Do you have a children's' menu?
    Our meals are perfectly suitable for children.
    When am I able to select my meals for my next order?
    You can email us at any time to tell us your meal preferences for the coming week. If you choose not to select your meals our team of nutritionists will select meals for you. From Can I customise my meals please remove this part "You can also let us know of any allergies and preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
    How do I place an à la carte order?
    Simple. Just go to the shop page, click on A La Carte, add meals to your cart, and when you're ready - hit 'Check out.' This is a single order and will not repeat as a subscription.
    Can I customize my meals?
    Absolutely! To keep prices reasonable and dishes varied, our weekly menus are created based on the availability of local fresh ingredients and their seasonality. You can select between our delicious set Meal Plans that cater for various dietary needs and goals, and choose additional options from the A La Carte menu. You can also let us know of any allergies and preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
