Please take care to double check billing and shipping addresses for complete accuracy. It is your responsibility to be at home to accept the delivery or to provide a safe and secure location for deliveries.
Thyme To Be is not responsible for orders once they are placed in the hands of delivery agents, nor orders that have been marked by delivery agents as delivered.
Thyme To Be will not refund orders that are lost, stolen, or returned to us due to incorrect address information. However, in some cases we might be able to resend the order, provided that you paid for the new shipping costs.

Due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot accept any returns. When possible, however, we will replace any damaged deliveries if the damage is fault of the delivery agent.
